Blackjack Rules

Objective

Beat the dealer's hand without going over 21. Face cards are worth 10, Aces are 1 or 11.

Payouts & Actions

• Blackjack (Natural 21): Pays 3:2. Beats regular 21.
• Double Down: Double your bet, take exactly one more card. Available on first two cards.
• Split: Turn a pair into two separate hands. Requires equal additional bet.
• Surrender: Forfeit half your bet and end the hand immediately. Only available on first two cards.

Dealer Rules

The dealer must draw to 16.

On Soft 17 (Ace + 6), the dealer action depends on the settings:

• S17 (Stand Soft 17): Dealer stands. Better for player.
• H17 (Hit Soft 17): Dealer hits. Slightly worse for player.
